While we enforce strict vetting processes and minimum aggregate review scores (via Google and Yelp integrations), The Bomb Lawn assumes no liability for the physical workmanship, property damage, or delays caused by independent contractors.

2. Dynamic Quoting and Weather Limitations “Instant Quotes” provided by our platform are generated using automated algorithms based on public property data and standard lot sizes. These are highly accurate estimates, but Contractors reserve the right to adjust final pricing upon visual inspection if the property deviates significantly from public data. Furthermore, all scheduling is subject to real-time weather delays at the Contractor’s discretion to ensure safe and proper installation.
